Departmental Deposits

Departmental deposits are accepted and processed daily between the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

To ensure timely return of receipts, the treasurer's receipt must contain the department name, contact name and Temple University's internal department zip code. You are welcome to wait for your departmental deposit to be processed, or you can drop off your deposit and pick up your receipts at a later time.

Drop-Off Processing

If you are dropping off your departmental deposit for later processing, you must submit the Departmental Deposit Processing Form  (PDF, Download of Adobe® Reader® required)with your deposit.

When the deposit is completed, a Bursar’s Office representative will call the contact person listed on the form to advise that the receipts are available for pickup. Please note that cash never should be left for processing after the depositor leaves the office.
