There will be NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES by Temple University or SEPTA for lost, stolen or incorrect zone purchases.

• We will ONLY accept online payments for the Spring 2024 University Key Card
• We will begin accepting payments on November 29, 2023

Things to know before purchasing a University Pass: 

• Lost or stolen university passes are non-refundable.
• You must be a full-time registered student prior to purchasing a University pass. 

University passes are valid from: January 11, 2024 to May 11, 2024
